Working out doesn't have to take a lot of time

We all struggle to find time to work out. It doesn't have to take all day. As a matter of fact, some of the best workouts should never take more than an hour.
Still if that is too much time for you, there are methods and workouts you can do to fit in the time you have available. The important thing to remember is that anything is better than nothing.
It is better to do something, even if it is only 20 minutes, than do nothing at all.
